What are everyone's tips for working through a plateau?? I've been focused on tracking everything so I can see patterns but am struggling - would love tips from the community!

Just asked this same question earlier this week! The advice that helped me was to lean up my proteins and FFC’s. I switched from beef and chicken to sole and shrimp. And toast and brown rice pasta to corn, beans and fruit. As soon as I did that, I dropped a pound.
