Well I didn’t meet my goal. I had a self sabotaging weekend. Anytime I get close to the 100s I seem to do this! I’m proud of myself for recognizing this pattern. I will spend some time reflecting and journaling so I can move past this. I’m ready for the holiday group starting this week and I know I will be successful!

You didn’t meet your goal in time to win the bet, but you will meet your goal because you will be able to beat this self-sabotage! You’ve got the right mindset for tracking it down. Maybe track everything you eat and do in the first week when you have success and then replicate it the last week when you would otherwise sabotage. You’re going to make it!
