  • I saw the cutest sign, "Diet - Did I Eat That?"

    Sometimes, when we are faced with a big change in our lives, we can't see the forest through the trees, so to speak.

    If we look at what can I eat instead of what can't I eat, it is an easier thought process.

    In our games here, I really enjoy the sharing of ideas! It helps with our new thoughts on healthier choices.
