Oh, that was tough. I was so close to the goal on the final day of the challenge. The next morning (which was yesterday), I got my "monthly visitor". I thought, for sure, that there was no way I could make the weight now. I always have extra water weight when the "visitor" came. I decided to rest and sleep extra, and that helped. I always try to sleep more, which others say helps with weight loss, but I struggle to sleep more than 6 hours. Last night, I slept a long time, and it worked, I finally was able to get to the goal. I really don't know what I would do without DietBet. I struggle with my weight loss, and this app helps me a lot. I am praying for all of you to have a happy and healthy Christmas and holiday season!

Rough start to this challenge for me. Life hits you hard sometimes but you have to keep going. I’m going to re-start in the morning and hope I didn’t do too much damage over the weekend. Keep going everyone!!

  • I saw the cutest sign, "Diet - Did I Eat That?"

    Sometimes, when we are faced with a big change in our lives, we can't see the forest through the trees, so to speak.

    If we look at what can I eat instead of what can't I eat, it is an easier thought process.

    In our games here, I really enjoy the sharing of ideas! It helps with our new thoughts on healthier choices.

    Welcome everyone. I am from Nova Scotia, on the cusp of cooler weather, shorter days, and a change in routines. Loving nature and a challenge, I think we are in for a fun month.

    Being part of a group of like minded individuals on the same journey, learning as we go makes the journey a pleasant one. We got this!

    Today, I am munching on gingered carrots. A simple, tasty, homemade, inexpensive, probiotic filled, healthy eat.
