How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hi. I'm confused about the weigh-ins. How often do we weigh-in? I did an unofficial weigh-in today with no picture, but it still says, "Time for a Progress Weigh-in" But when I click that it advertises becoming a member and there's no weigh-in option. I hope this makes sense. Does only the first and last weigh-in count?

Yes, the progress weigh ins are for members to enter the weekly drawing. You don't have to be a member to participate in the game.

Progress weigh ins are for those who got the membership. The weigh in puts you into their weekly drawing.

The unofficial weigh in is to use if you want. It's not necessary for the game. I use it daily to keep me accountable and to see how much I've lost and how much to go. I love seeing it visually. :)
