How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It's so insane to me how even the *slightest* variation in salt intake will make me retain water and basically screw up the downward trajectory of my weight on the scale. Like, WOW. It blows my mind. I really absolutely MUST keep salt down which means NO snacking - not even one. tiny. little. snack. LOL!
And the bizarre flip side of that is to take in more and more drinking water haha

I know what you mean. But I feel.so much better with less salt too

I thought for me it was salt, and with too much that’s true, but the real culprits were wheat and dairy, and anything fried. I found without those, I needed to actually add a little sodium to keep my electrolytes balanced
