I’m trying to decide the best workout to do along with this DietBet. I know nutrition is the way to lose weight but I need the exercise for my mental health this time of year especially. I’ve done just about every workout on BODi and I have actually taken a 3 month break to explore other workouts but I missed the variety on BODi so I signed back up yesterday. I’ve been exercising for years but it probably doesn’t look like it since I’m about 60 lbs overweight. I’ll be 51 in January so I really think getting this weight off is the most important but I also don’t want to lose muscle since I know it is important to maintain as we age. Any suggestions?

I’m 51 and building muscle has been so important for me physically and mentally. I love many of the BODi strength programs but I’ve also found some pretty good free workouts on YouTube. I keep my workouts low impact due to back issues (from scoliosis). Try to find something that you find fun and can be consistent because consistency is a huge part of it. Good luck!
