  • Snowboarding today meant lots of movement and great exercise. Tried to drink as much water as possible before we left for the mountains at 6:15 am. Made protein cookies for breakfast in the car and my whole family enjoyed them. Cabbage wrapped fish “taco/burrito”. No tortilla just use the cabbage leaves to wrap it. Made chocolate mint tea for the way home and carrots. I did have a few small slices of veggies pizza when we got home and 1.5 French fries but quickly switched DINTEO and had pizza cauliflower instead. And I made so much I have enough leftover for 3 meals!
