  • This feels so huge for me! It’s my first DietBet in a long time. After loosing almost 50 lbs with 2B I gained back 20 and have been maintaining that for over a year. This DietBet gave me the motivation, inspiration, and push I needed to get back into weight loss and I think even melting mode!

  • Snowboarding today meant lots of movement and great exercise. Tried to drink as much water as possible before we left for the mountains at 6:15 am. Made protein cookies for breakfast in the car and my whole family enjoyed them. Cabbage wrapped fish “taco/burrito”. No tortilla just use the cabbage leaves to wrap it. Made chocolate mint tea for the way home and carrots. I did have a few small slices of veggies pizza when we got home and 1.5 French fries but quickly switched DINTEO and had pizza cauliflower instead. And I made so much I have enough leftover for 3 meals!

I just went threw this. I was on a major salad kit kick and suddenly couldn’t do it anymore. Now I’m trying lunch recipes from the Mindset Menu.

It's cold weather. I don't like salads in cold weather. I'm a soup girl all day in cold weather. I like to do cooked veggies when I don't want salad over warm legumes

  • Just got back from grocery store and found “side away foods” balsamic beet noodles and Moroccan tagine …. Any thoughts on the nutritional labels? Good bit of sugar in the beets one but only 3 grams added…
