I’d love advice on motivation and mindset tips when you have over 100 pounds to loose. Focusing on 2 pounds at a time hasn’t been doing it for me…. I’m regularly overwhelmed and tempted to quit it all. Just seems so so impossible…

  • As the weather is getting colder I’m changing your breakfast and going back to an old favorite, mug cakes. I’ve been trying so different flavor combinations and so good.
    Today was matcha tangerine and added some oats for FFC.

Frustrated!!! I got up this morning, opened the weigh-in, wrote the word on the card, weighed in with both pictures and submitted only to be told that that I have to weigh in again as the word I used was expired/incorrect.

I’m so sorry that is really frustrating! I’ve done that in the past and didn’t have an issue, I wonder if they change the word more often.
Also saw you are in Colorado too! Besides being from Colorado your introduction stood out because I completely relate to what you shared, I could’ve written it myself.

Hi, I'm Lindsay, from Chicago. I was motivated to join the group because I've been in a pretty good mindset lately and wanted to give myself some extra accountability to keep it up during the holidays. My non-scale goal is to get more sleep - I'm a single mom with almost full custody of 3 school age kids and a full time job, so I get so little time to myself that it's hard to make myself go to bed during that brief period of time when the kids are all asleep and I have a little bit of time to myself.
