  • Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week so far!

    Today's habits are about productivity and focus, two things I struggle the most with! I feel like I have 5 things going on in my mind all the time and feel like I'm just treading water. I love the feeling of finishing things, but often get bogged down doing little bits of work everywhere and not getting a lot of satisfaction.

    The 30-minute "focus block" recommended here sounds like a great exercise! I don't know about you, but my attention span has suffered over the years. Taking 30 minutes to do anything sounds very hard! :D

    Please let me know in the comments how you feel about 30 minutes of uninterrupted focus!

    Day 3: Productivity & Focus

    Focus: Enhancing efficiency and concentration.

    Tasks:
    Continue Days 1 & 2's habits.
    30-minute "focus block" for a designated task (no distractions).
    Plan the next day's top 3 priorities.
    Tracking: track focus block time, and priority planning.

I didn’t time it, but I know it was more than 30 minutes. I usually like having the TV on in the background while I work, but I left it off today. It was much calmer.
