Non scale I have been eatting really healthy and getting my kids to try new healthy foods

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal is to start my next diet bet. It really seemed to help me keep myself on a timeline for hitting a specific weight in a specific time frame. I can see it help me eventually hit my ideal weight before summer!
