Non-scale victory of the week!
Didn't exactly eat all the best foods, but nsv that I didnt over eat once and made sure to stay within calorie limit. I also worked out with purpose.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nothing. I did very well only allowing myself a treat and porper portion. I have learned a lot and I am proud. It will take time to not be tempted constantly.

Try to avoid Easter chocolate. I will be out and about a lot of the week, so it would be useful to pack snacks to avoid quick unhealthy ones while out
