- Didn't win this round. And I'm OK with that. I lose weight at a slow and steady pace. Over 6 months I will lose 10%. But 3% per month is an aggressive target.
One thing that went well this round is that I got on a regular fitness routine. And spent 10 minutes a day stretching (I'm horrible about stretching).
One thing I need to improve for round #2 is meal prep. And doing more cooking in general. Made pesto today with the last of the homegrown basil
