Non-scale victory of the week!
consistently wearing an 18, even just bought a pair of size 16 dress pants and they fit! I'm super proud of the fact that I've gotten back in the saddle after a seriously rocky July and August. While I didnt gain much during that time, I'd really let the selfcare aspects of my life go, including diet and exercise. Taking my journey back!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
more exercise-I haven't purposefully exercised in weeks, but spent many evenings helping my dad to move which has definitely been an increase in movement over the past few weeks.

Time to start exercising intentionally again! I know I can melt more weight off faster again with some cardio.
