I’ve joined RunBet. I did five miles so far this week and 13 more to go! I also was the first person done with my wod at crossfit on Monday (scaled but still a victory!)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Major pre-period bloating AND I had to weigh in at night since I’ve been on a plane away from home all week. Also had a client dinner meeting before I got on the plane. Bad timing for the weigh in :(
