hey everyone, glad to join the group. Im hoping to lose weight to keep my diabetes type II under control, im currently on oral meds and insulin which i hope not to be indefinitely. Im from detroit, I work from home and dont have much of a social life lately, so it can be challenging to get enough exercise. Im hoping this will keep me accountable! anyways, best of luck to all!

Hi Emily :wave: nice to meet you. I'm sorry to hear that you have diabetes but it sounds like you are taking your health back into your own hands. I also have an autoimmune disorder (Psoriatic arthritis) and I believe I can reverse it with diet so I'm on this healing journey too x
