I don’t have many healthy meal options (other than loving the Chick-fil-A chicken Cobb salad), but I am trying out lots of different healthy snacks. And by healthy, I mainly mean less refined sugar, lower carb. I’m eating dates, antipasto skewers with Turkey pepperoni and kalamata olives, and red bell peppers or carrots with hummus.
