And for the record, when I saw the 206 I started drinking lots and lots of water all night. I know all that weight loss was all water weight, especially since I had Chinese for dinner. I know my weight loss will not be this fast. But it was really helpful seeing a bit of a good change quickly.

Wow, that's great that you can acknowledge a trend of making poor choices in such a positive, self-nurturing way! I definitely try for that, but struggle. It sounds like your head is back in the game. Hooray you! Your positive resolve has inspired me to re-evaluate mine :)
