your pasta dish sounds amazing. Is the dish cold or hot? I bet this would be awesome with some fresh mozzarella for a twist on a caprese pasta salad.

Thanks a lot! I made it hot, but it would be great, too. I haven't tried mozzarella on it, but parm cheese is good so I'm sure that would be delicious!
