Are you ready for this?
Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:
1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.
**On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.
