  • My daughter has been watching me put in the work every day for years. Today I started it by saying "Lift the things you don't think you can". I grabbed onto a new PR for bench press, did a huge happy dance, and then she asked me to help her learn. For the 1st time ever, my baby (17) worked out with me. Someone who used to hold out her princess nightgown and say "I don't do sweaty" put in the work and felt the burn. I am so freaking proud of her.
    You don't get her workout self because I promised her I wouldn't, so here's my PR. To clarify, I had 2 30# dumbbells, so technically a 60# bench press.

  • I'm having breakfast later than usual, and it's a lot darker in the picture but I cooked them in cast iron too. Today I'm having a mixture of different color peppers and onions with red potatoes, 1 egg, and some egg whites. Not pictured are the Brazil nuts I eat for thyroid support.

  • My go to work lunch is a smoothie and a hard boiled egg. Today's version has:
    Unsweetened Almond Milk
    Frozen Riced Cauliflower
    Frozen Triple Berry mix
    MCT Oil
    0 Sugar Vegan Vanilla Shakeology

    For food diversity, I always try to get at least 2 different color in every meal. Doesn't always workout that way, but it's a goal.

If you clicked join as a member, then you should be able to do the weekly weigh-in, but if you're not a member, then it's only at the end.
