- I am only 5.5 pounds down but that's a healthy amount to lose each week, slow and steady! So whether I win at this game, I feel like I've already won! That is almost 2 pounds a week! Wanted to encourage others! Be proud of any progress because 1-2 pounds a week is healthy and very good! Muscle weighs more than fat. Keep your chins up! I'm still thankful for this accountability either way too.
