  • Hey everyone! It's Workout Wednesday!

    "You don’t have to be fit to move, you have to move to be fit."

    It's really that simple! Every action – large or small – counts and moves you closer to where you want to be. You just have to find the kind of workout or movement that you like doing!  Going to the gym is great… if you enjoy going to the gym!  Maybe chair aerobics, walking the dog or a dance party with your kids is more your speed. It's ALL good! Just aim to be physically active for 15-30 minutes each day doing something that you love!

So, what kind of diet plan are you into? I'm pretty much a zero carb carnivore and today experienced the joy of putting butter in my coffee.. omg. I am in heaven.

High protein diet is working for me but I have done the Mediterranean diet.

Bulletproof/butter/whatever else it’s called coffee is pretty decent! But only when well mixed, consumed quickly, and remains hot… it separates and gets weird easily, sadly :p

I’m a keto alternate day intermittent fasting kinda person. Seems to work for me :)

  • Hello all! My name is Adele. I live in Northwestern Ontario, Canada with my hubby and 3 kids. I am a Special Rehab Nurse. I just finished my 1st DietBet Kickstarter and won! I’m down 9.8lbs. Whoop! Whoop! 🎉 Back in 2015, I lost 60 lbs then regained it all back (and more) when I went through a brutal divorce in 2016. Emotional eating anyone? Ughhh. I turned 50 this year so I want to become my healthiest me and maintain it, once and for all. My game plan is to continue doing Kickstarters until I hit my goal weight range of 145-160 lbs, wherever I feel my healthier. I’m also aiming to be back in the gym lifting heavy my XMas! Let’s do this!!!!
