I had a non scale win today that I’m excited about. My work was done at noon and I was starving. I had lunch at home ready to be cooked but, ugh, I was as too hungry to cook. I wanted to go through the McD drive through and get a happy meal. Quick, easy, and not nearly as “bad” as other options out there. I actually talked myself out of it and ate my healthy meal at home. Whew. Every day the healthy option becomes an easier decision to make.

Just did my final weigh in and for a brief moment I thought my I was 10 lbs off ( I mixed up my tens #) I panicked! :scream_cat:. When from excited to WHAT!?!? But all is well just a mind lapse lol

Anyone have recommendations of podcasts or audiobooks that have helped your mindset for this challenge?

I recently discovered the podcast We Only Look Thin and am really enjoying it. Would love to add more shows like that to my morning walks. Good luck to all!
