  • One thing that I find Super motivating is to use stickers on my calendar for each day that I stay on my eating plan. I love to see it full by the end of the month...and also, once a sticker is STUCK onto the calendar for the day, I know I can't screw up (I mean, who wants to peel a sticker back OFF??)

This will be my third kickstarter of the year. May do one or two more before summer. Since January 1, I am down 2 pounds. I have a transformer going too but I just met the goal for that and have 4 months left but would like to keep losing. I think having that bet with lbs to lose is so motivating. I would like to get out of the overweight range. I have been overweight or obese for my entire adult life and part of childhood. I have about 15 lbs left to get into my weight range.
