Even if you don't make your goal weight, let this be the start of a lifestyle change. Next time you go to the grocery store, pick up those one-pound packages of butter (however many pounds you've lost), and really think about that's what you've been working on to burn off of your body. You can do this! This isn't a loss, its the beginning of your transformation.
Did 5 miles running on the dreadmill. But my diet has been less than perfect. Hoping to make some easy to grab items that align with my goals. And I wish my husband would stop baking cookies! 🍪
I made a delicious chili for Super Bowl! Vegan and gluten free. I also couldn’t add garlic or onion due a friend’s allergy. It turned out to be my best chili ever!
