- Good morning everyone from sunny (and HOT ???? Southern California)
Hoping to get some advice/inspiration. I started out great and lost like 3.5 lbs the first week but since then I think I’ve gained and lost the same 1-2 pounds three times! With our final weigh in coming up I need some strategies to get to the finish line. I’m eating pretty well and weightlifting three times a week. I think it would be good to add in cardio but it’s seriously a heatwave right now. What are your best tips for ramping up the weight loss? Thank you!!
