Hi Nicole! I see that you are still doing really great! I have been sidetracked by a wedding, 3 day family reunion, and 1 week visit from Mom. I even stopped my daily weigh-ins for most of the last week! I was so happy to see I am down a few grams this am! Must be that being on all these DB's has cut my appetite! I ate like a piglet and hardly excercised for over 1 week! Good luck with the 2nd half of Warriors!

Sounds like a really busy month! We all need a break now and then. Time to get back on track! That's why I've been trying to incorporate daily lifestyle changes that I can maintain - even through all the madness! Doesn't always work and sometimes I eat pizza or ice cream or cake - but overall we are making happier, healthier choices and that's what matters in the long run. Thanks for all your support - you've been such an inspiration to me and you don't even know it! :) xoxoxo

No race. :( I'm still pretty sick. No voice. Sore throat. Tired. Ugh. I've been sleeping it off hoping to feel better tomorrow! Thanks for checking on me. I'm bummed about the 5k...... But there's a color run in October and I'm definitely signing up! :)
