awesome progress!! I feel the same about drinking. Not that I've cut it out altogether (not doing whole30) but I've strictly limited myself and am frequently forgoing it altogether. What has really been helping is entering it immediately. Oh that teensy bit of bourbon was over 100 cals? O_O No thanks on a second round...
