I understand your frustration. I went through a divorce, moved, had foot surgery and complications! I gained weight, because I could not work out. Enough! We can get out of the funk... we just have to push ourselves we can and do it. We all have the power. Good luck and one day at a time. Remember... its weight. You can lose it :)
