I posted yesterday I think that I planned to keep a food journal. Well, score one for getting off track on day one! (although technically tomorrow is day 1 I think)
I am out of coffee!!!!
so I had 2 glasses of water this morning instead of coffee and I had a glass of 4C Energy Rush (and another at lunch) At lunch we had a bowl of left over salad from last night and brocolli with cheese and FISH ... see picture!
A month ago??? Harris Teeter had a big BUY ONE GET ONE FREE sale on this fish and I went nuts (cause we are vegetarian and frankly we were tired of the same old thing so...) NOW the wonderful thing is that they are lovely single servings (2 per box) which at $5.99 a box was too much but 2 boxes at $5.99 was much more reasonable! Wish I would have bought more!!! Also each serviing is only 90-100 calories!!!
Yesterday I posted my calorie count for a large salad (that I usually split with my husband). Did I mention that I make this in a 4 quart pyrex bowl?

and our individual salad bowls (if salad is the meal) 2 quart food storage version! haha What can I say, we like salad! I have been known to make a big salad and fry an egg on put on top! Don't knock it until you try it.
Now I did have a breakfast meeting with a friend at a local restaurant today. There I had black coffee (nectar of the gods!), 2 eggs over easy, and 4 slices of tomatoes GRILLED, nothing on them. It was lovely! and I don't think too many calories.
I really do need to make up my snacks for the week, but I don't know what they will be! I do believe I will have some yogurt (plain) right now to think about it!
I almost forgot!!! And this will be my TIP OF THE DAY - V8 High Fiber!

I only had a glass, but, you could drink the entire container in a day, and get 30 grams of fiber at only 480 calories. AND - its good HOT like SOUP! which I have found myself doing more and more often this winter! It is on sale this week at the local Harris Teeter for only 2.74 a bottle!!!
Drinking more water. Drinking some caffiene. and making sure to get fiber.
It's after 4pm and my fitbit says I need to get up! I have only walked 1347 steps today!!!
