Coffee is my dinner tonight, we went to Crater Lake today and I took snacks, thank goodness since their restaurant was closed and I wouldn't eat from their snack bar, totally not on my diet charts, but even tho I had totally healthy snacks my cals are at their limit for the day and I'm not hungry, so that's good. I log my food on my fitbit site where it keeps track of my steps, which mine are low today being I was in the car for 3 hrs+, but that's ok, got in about 8500 steps, doesn't have to be 10,000 everyday, but I love logging in my food intake on there or on sparkpeople, it does all the figuring pretty much for me, sure sometimes I have to find my #'s to put in but it's nice they figure out what your needs are... so yep tomorrow is day one....good luck to you, you have started off good I think, you're trying to get things in order and it will fall into place and routine.... my snacks are fruit, string cheese, FiberOne 90 cal bars, love those... or just tea or coffee....
