I can see that it's tempting to stick with what is working for you. And if you are eating enough calories and meeting all of your nutritional needs then maybe you can stick with it until you get bored with the smoothie? Be sure to measure and track your food to make sure that you're getting everything your body needs and then you're golden!I always have the same breakfast. ALWAYS. It's not what people typically think of eating when trying to lose weight but for me, it works. Every single day, I have a toasted whole wheat English muffin with about 2 tbsp of cretons (I buy something that is similar to this http://allrecipes.com/recipe/cretons/) and 1 tsp mustard. In all, it's less than 300 calories but if i don't start my morning with this, I end up eating throughout the day. I don't know why it works. I suppose it provides protein, carbs and fat, which is what "they" (the experts du jour) say makes up a healthy breakfast. In the end, it works for me and I'm not going to change it until I get bored of it.Now if only I could find equally satisfying lunches and dinners that wouldn't break the calorie bank... I'm working on it! A smoothie for dinner might be a good idea. Thanks for the recipe.
