It is a constant struggle isn't it? Best intentions and what not just wind up out the window sometimes. I have lost 44 pounds now on my own and you know what? I STILL slip up...more than I like to admit. The good thing? I have been doing it for so long now that it is easier to recover, but it takes time. You have to brush off the bad and not try and beat yourself up so much and focus on the next day, next week, etc. You also will learn to catch yourself when you start going out of control and will be able to stop a total downward spiral (pizza and alfredo). It gets easier, but I think we all may always have some issue with food and how we react to it, but it is just a process of getting it under control and bringing it back in when we go a little crazy. Get on the scale tomorrow, whatever it is will be whatever it is. Just try and keep this memory with you so the next time you get to that situation, you can be prepared to deal with it and stick to all your planning. I am a constant work in progress...we all are.
