Hey Jody, you are doing great, just keep going :)I've had a lull in results after the first month of my transformer, and came up with quite a useful exercise to help me take stock, look at what I'm doing (both right and wrong), and work out what I need to do from now.I did it in the form of a blog in three sections:1. What I've done well (broken into Nutrition/Fitness/Motivation/Results - basically a chance to remind yourself and pat yourself on the back for all the new habits you've formed, how much better you feel, how much better your clothes are fitting etc. It's really good to see how far you have come)2. What I've done less well (in the four sections again - a chance to honest about where you have put in less work, where you think you can do better)3. Goals (based on the weak spots you identified in part 2, I found it gave me back a lot of control, reminding me that I'm not perfect, but I can take simple steps to be better)So, it's probably not for everyone, but I found it really good for being clear about the changes I still need to make, shaking things up and helping me recommit to a long term change when I felt I was really struggling.Hope this helps.
