Another week gone...

I have been doing the 10 reps of something whenever I use the restroom as well. Last week it was squats, and this week I've switched to lunges. I can tell it's making a difference as I even thought about trying burpees sometime! It's also making a difference because it's a fairly regular reminder to keep my head in the game and remember what my goals are.
