Hey Rose,I was in the same boat as you.My suggestion, weigh all of your food. Stick to Lean chicken, eggs, Fish, fruit ( berries) and veggies. Measure your olive oil. I use organic coconut oil, and fry up my eggs in it and have about a cup of berries in the morning with the eggs. Lunch is 4-5 oz of chicken, with some fruit. Dinner is usually 6 oz of salmon ( not farmed but wild) and I use 2tsb of olive oil to fry it up. I eat a cup of veggies and pour Franks hot sauce on my veggies. No bread, no gluten, no potatoes , no yams no yogurt or dairy products. Try that for one week straight you will drop weight.
