I agree. I've been a vegetarian for 8 years and a vegan for about 1 year. It just works so well for me and my body. It got rid of so many health issues (weight, migraines, diabetes). But i'm not against eating occasional meat for other people, just not me. (my kids still eat meat, just no dairy/eggs). At the end of the day, as long as we stop eating processed food, that's what's ruining our health..
