Wow, Danielle, don't let it get you down! And don't focus on that! It's a temporary thing, and you already know that. You're doing all the right things and you just stick with it ... it WILL pay off for you. Truly. These daily fluctuations will kill you if you pay any attention to them at all ... I take the common advice to weigh in only ONCE PER WEEK really seriously, because there are SO MANY variables that will make you bounce around day-to-day, and throughout the day. It's always 'Weigh-In Wednesday Mornings" only, for me ... good for you with that GREAT walk, and that HEALTHY eating, and dang it just feel GOOD about yourself for that! :D
