Water will do WONDERS for your body. It stinks you don't like it, but a lot of people who don't like it, like it after adding fruit (or cucumbers) to it. I've just learned a ton about water and basically it does the following plus so many other benefits: flushes out toxins, protects organs, keeps you feeling full, keeps skin healthy, helps you lose water weight, etc. etc. etc. I was amazing at what water does for you!
