Weekends are always a challenge. It's so much easier to stay on track when I'm at work and on a routine, packing my lunch, no free time to stare into the open fridge...but we got this!

Keeping busy is sooooo important! I just finished about five puzzles with my boys, and not once did I think about having a snack--a much more fun and productive (and calorie free) way to spend my time!

Water will do WONDERS for your body. It stinks you don't like it, but a lot of people who don't like it, like it after adding fruit (or cucumbers) to it. I've just learned a ton about water and basically it does the following plus so many other benefits: flushes out toxins, protects organs, keeps you feeling full, keeps skin healthy, helps you lose water weight, etc. etc. etc. I was amazing at what water does for you!

Great blog, and it totally mirrors my own experiences with 1) getting up three times last night to use the bathroom due to increased water intake and 2) my cheese party the night before weighing in.
