Weekends can be the hardest. Lots of time to sit around,think about food, take a nap, eat, drink and be merry! Thank goddness something like winning diet bet keeps me going.

I got up and after my usual weekday breakfast, headed to the gym. Spent 1.5 hours running, biking and wlaking and burned 600 calories. Reutrned home to eat a tangerine instead of starting the Saturday eating and drinking fest. Got hubby to go for a 40 minute walk in the afternoon.

Some how I managed to eat a resonable dinner and had only 4 ounces of wine...I miracle for me. Now, if I can just get through today.......

I CAN DO!  I WILL DO IT!  I AM STRONG!  How many times will I need to repeat that today?
