My first DIETBET challenge and I am hoping my competitive spirit will kick in and I will take off!

Today I star my planning.  I will work on my eating plan and my personal fitness plans.  I think I might go with a rotation diet kind of meal plan. Some might be old enough to remember the rotation diet, which said to do diet days of 1500cal, 1200cal, 900cal, 600cal, 900cal, 1200cal, 1500cal, 1200cal or something like that. I actually think there was a number of days to stay at each calorie count, but I forget and I don't have the book.  I don't know if I will do that, but calorie counting and a calorie journal is going to be in my future!

Exercise. UG! <sigh>

Ok, so I have sat down and basically not gotten up for a couple of years! Everytime I plan for a 5k, I get injured fairly early in the get ready process, so I don't think I will plan for a 5k!   That said, I will plan for some kind of exercise daily.  I am thinking for this first 28 day challenge I would do at least one 30min WALK AWAY THE POUNDS video daily (there is a large selection now on YOUTUBE for FREE!!! as long as you internet works! Ours drops often in the mornings!)

None of what I have posted today is set in stone. I am just saying, I am working on my 28 day plan.
