The key to real weight loss is motivation - you sound very motivated! I am 5'2" and hit 194 and couldn't believe it. I made the conscious decision to lose the weight for my health (ok and I wanted to wear cute clothes again but really it was mostly for my healthy). You CAN do it if you REALLY want to. Clean healthy eating (and tracking!) and exercise of any kind will get you there and slow and steady wins the race. It is a journey not a sprint. Good luck and keep your goals in mind all the time.
