How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I started intermittent fasting and find myself thinking about food more than usual - like when is my next meal and what I’m going to eat and counting calories. It can be exhausting…

Yeah....I experienced something similar when I first tried IF a few years back. Took me around 4-6 weeks before that shifted for me. What really helped was upping my water intake and really staying present with my food intake (including my meal planning and positive calorie tracking). That showed my brain and body that I wasn't necessarily eating less calories than before - but that I simply now had a different "eating window".

Stick with it and I'm sure you'll experience the various benefits inherent in IF - beyond merely fat / weight loss.
