How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi everyone! Not used dietbet in forever and used to use the shorter games so this is a new thing for me!! My main issue is my ADHD makes me compulsively eat so if anyone has any tips on stopping that it'd be much appreciated!

Ready snacks is a great tip? I also try and drink some water first when I feel hungry. Also, if you have a desk job, I find that taking a break and just walking around helps, cause it sometimes isn't a snacky need for me, it's boredom!

Intermittent Fasting helps me. I find it easier to tell myself no than to tell myself I can have a little and expecting myself to stick to it. Only having the ability to eat in an 8 hour window. My compulsive eating usually happens at night.
