How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi everyone!
2 questions about working out for the people who lift weights.
I’ve always been taught to eat carbs and protein around my weight lifting sessions…
Does anyone here lift prior to eating for the day? Like anyone do I.F. and resistance train before breaking the fast?

And my next question is weightlifting while sick… Do you all totally take a break & let your body rest while sick?
That’s what I’ve always done, but we’re having SUCH a germy year this year!

These are from the Cleveland Clinic and will tell you medically how intermittent fasting works and suggestions from doctors.

I have never tried intermittent fasting. I don’t think that I can manage that since I drink a cup of coffee/tea every couple of hours.
