  • Well a combination of hot humid walks and stress, I’m already down almost 2 lbs from weight in. Not quite how I wanted this to happen but I guess I’ll take it.
    What are some non-medicine ways you have dealt with stress and anxiety that have worked well for you? I’m trying to make myself get outside and walk or even just take in my garden and nature.

When i am stressed i throw on a podcast and go for a walk or bike ride and i dont come home until the podcast is over
