Had a 0.2lbs weighg loss after brusslesprouts. I have noticed in the past it typically goes up. I was way over water goal. Also, went to fish fry. I ate before I went. Did not touch anything or have a drink. I still sat around the firepit and had a great time.

Way to go on having a good time without involving Food .
My weight goes up to when I eat cruciferous vegetables. I usually avoid them, not because of the gain ,but because they make me so painfully bloated.
