I struggle so much with mindless eating in the evenings. This week I am going to win this battle and succeed with Dinner and Done. My plan is to put a note on pantry and fridge. “Dinner and done”. I will remind my self “ my body needs to loose weight, I can loose weight and when I loose weight I feel great.“
